  • Wayne Thornley

    CO-FOUNDER | CREATOR | PRODUCER


    Before moving to Dublin, Wayne had been at the forefront of South Africa’s long form animation industry for over a decade; writing, directing and developing projects for Sunrise, Triggerfish and Strika – three of Africa’s premier studios.

    He is best known for co-writing and directing South Africa’s biggest animated export to date, "Adventures in Zambezia". These days he's committed to building a globally competitive studio that makes stories his children will love.

    Andrew spent 10 years in education trying to inject some fun into children’s learning, before he realised he could skip straight to the fun part. Now he creates kids’ entertainment, delivering character-driven stories packed with epic adventures, absurd comedy, and heart-melting cuteness.

    Having written for shows broadcast around the world on Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, Netflix and Disney XD, his latest role is balancing daddy duty with the demands of a startup studio.
